Bettesgifts uses Fed Ex and the USPS as its primary shipping options.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Kansas City, MO.

Post office boxes can be serviced, but only through the Post Office. Services over and above the basic standard delivery are customer's responsibility and therefore, not eligible for FREE freight.

Bettesgifts will try to keep inventory levels updated on our web site, but in the event you are ordering something that is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that item is unavailable. We do not back order any items. If possible, we will give you an approximate date the item will again be available to reorder.

All returns must have an RA# given to you from Bettesgifts.

Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product. Packed with your order will be a Return Form. Please call or email us for the Return Authorization Number which you are required to fill out on the Return Form.
Although we conscientiously try to check all products before shipping and we will pack items to the best of our ability, we know mistakes happen and breakage occurs. We will credit your account for shipping if we have made an error in order filling. We will replace broken products upon their return from the customer. Shipping for replacements will be totally at our expense. Otherwise, all return freight is at the expense of the customer. Please note that refusal of unopened pasckages will not qualify for refunds.
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, call or e-mail for an RA#. Ship the product to the address above. Be sure to include the RA# on the outside of the package. Once the product is received by us in saleable, unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. If you received free shipping on your initial order, the standard freight amount will be deducted from your credit.
